Brenntag North America, Inc. is hiring a Driver to be responsible for delivering products, performing thorough vehicle inspections, and operating forklifts. In this role, you will be essential to our operations, ensuring safe and compliant transport while upholding our commitment to a culture of safety.
What You'll Do
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on your truck.
- Obey all traffic laws and DOT hours of service rules.
- Load and unload totes, drums, equipment, and tanks.
- Complete all required shipping paperwork accurately.
- Deliver product to both manned and unmanned locations.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Lift and chain the truck when needed.
- Operate a forklift safely.
- Prioritize safety in all actions and decisions.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A valid Class A or B CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
- A good driving record.
- The ability to pass a drug screening, physical, and human performance test.
- The ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Better-than-average written and spoken communication skills.
Nice to Have
- A GED or High School Diploma.
- Prior truck driving experience.
