Responsibilities
- Ensure system quality assurance for on-time delivery and high standards.
- Develop testing cases and standards for reliability and design qualifications.
- Ensure compatibility of IP camera, doorbell, and security products.
- Set standards for ORT labs for temperature, thermal, reliability, ESD, surge, etc.
- Proficient in using oscilloscopes, electronic loads, LCR meters, power meters, and safety testing equipment (Hi-Pot, insulation resistance testers).
- Write test plans and conduct failure analysis (FA, Failure Analysis).
- Proficient in MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Experience in environmental stress testing, including thermal, reliability, IK Impact, and IPXX tests.
- Knowledge of UL, CE, FCC, IEC60068, MIL-STD-810G, ISTA, ASTM, and ISO/TS16949 standards.
- Understand requirements for ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), Surge Test, EMI/EMC (Electromagnetic Interference / Compatibility), and safety testing.
