Quirch Foods is seeking a Domestic Sales Account Executive to own the planning and implementation of sales strategies. In this role, you'll focus on retaining existing clients and acquiring new customers while managing budgets and timelines. You'll be key to driving business growth through market research, competitor analysis, and partnership negotiations.
What You'll Do
- Plan, design, and implement sales activities by researching customer needs and requirements.
- Retain existing clients and acquire new customers.
- Ensure sales and marketing activities stay within agreed budgets, volumes, and timelines.
- Develop solutions to issues that slow down export procedures.
- Review distributor performance and monitor their work.
- Attend meetings with other companies to negotiate for business growth.
- Carry out market research, conduct surveys, and analyze competitor strategies.
- Create plans to help the organization excel in competition by prioritizing target countries.
- Propose and negotiate sales, pricing, and terms with assigned accounts and new customers.
- Analyze product purchasing options, including identifying best market pricing and supplier options.
- Conduct plant visits to ensure supplier compliance.
- Actively participate in training sessions.
- Develop close working relationships with key decision makers at target accounts.
- Be responsible for all sales results at assigned and targeted accounts.
- Be responsible for all A/R collections in each assigned account.
- Be responsible for pricing and margin management within assigned accounts.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions.
