Responsibilities

- Engage in pre-sales activities to demonstrate platform capabilities

- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in distributed environments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud service provider ecosystems
- Support incident response efforts involving cloud workloads
- Advise on migration strategies from legacy to modern security platforms
- Participate in customer success reviews and technical health checks
