Role Purpose: We seek a strategic, data-driven professional to accelerate Noa Notes, our AI-powered healthcare product in Brazil. This role sits at the convergence of Product, Sales, and Operations, driving growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams to assess Noa's performance and adoption strategies - Design and execute experimental initiatives like A/B testing to optimize user engagement - Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements - Support operational scaling through process automation and enhancement - Provide strategic insights aligning product capabilities with commercial objectives - Engage with global and local stakeholders for seamless implementation - Develop comprehensive dashboards tracking critical metrics Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - 4+ years experience in Operations, Strategy, Sales Operations, or Data Analysis - Robust understanding of product and business dynamics - Fundamental SQL querying capabilities - Proficiency with analytics platforms like Power BI, Google Sheets - Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach - English proficiency (B2/C1 level) - Agile environment experience Preferred Additional Skills: - Tech/SaaS startup background - Python automation experience - Passion for developing scalable processes Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive salary around R$12,000 monthly - 100% remote within Brazil - Comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, food vouchers, pet plan - Stock options after 6 months - Flexible working arrangements - Emotional support resources - Generous time-off policies Our commitment: Embracing diversity, promoting equal opportunities, and creating meaningful healthcare solutions.
