Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams to understand how Noa is performing and how to accelerate its adoption in Brazil
- Design and execute experiments (such as A/B tests) to evaluate hypotheses, optimize user adoption, and scale product usage
- Analyze data and channel performance to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Support the scaling of operations by designing and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives
- Provide insights to guide go-to-market strategies, helping align product capabilities with commercial goals
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and share actionable insights with leadership
