We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the Team Lead role for Tier 2 SOC Analysts. Your Mission As Team Lead for Tier 2 SOC Analysts, you will serve as a crucial intermediary between global operational levels and advanced security functions. Your leadership will focus on guiding specialists who analyze daily security events, investigate threats, and ensure precise incident escalation to higher-support levels. Your primary objectives include team development, motivational strategies, detection quality enhancement, and operational process optimization within our global 24/7 SOC environment.
