In this position, you will: • Analyze open-source components for policy compliance and licensing verification. • Assess AI technologies to ensure conformity with internal governance standards. • Train engineering teams and external contractors on AI and open-source methodologies and guidelines. • Develop and supervise processes supporting intellectual property management and employee adherence. • Partner with product teams to implement open-source strategies and encourage responsible AI integration. • Validate and endorse open-source community contributions. • Synchronize governance activities across interdepartmental teams, including engineering, legal, marketing, and sales. • Assist with customer software licensing discussions, particularly concerning open-source utilization. Job Requirements: • US or Canadian Citizenship • Exceptional analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. • Robust personal integrity and professional commitment. • Superior written and verbal English communication skills. • Capacity to operate autonomously and proactively in a service-driven environment. • Advanced interpersonal abilities and collaborative approach. • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline. Preferred Skills: • Understanding of open-source licensing, AI governance, and intellectual property frameworks. • Technical programming experience or comprehensive software development knowledge.
