About the Role

dsm-firmenich is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead commercial management for the Northeast region of Brazil. In this role, you will ensure the achievement of sales targets with a focus on profitable growth, margin discipline, and strengthening key accounts, translating strategic directives into concrete regional actions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead commercial management for the Northeast region, ensuring targets for volume, revenue, and margin are met with a focus on profitable growth.
  • Develop and execute the regional sales plan, translating corporate strategy into concrete actions and ensuring discipline in commercial policy.
  • Manage performance indicators for the commercial structure (Technical Supervisors and Representatives), promoting high performance, development, and strategic alignment.
  • Implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives, ensuring proper execution and communication to the team and clients.
  • Strengthen and expand the region's key accounts, acting as the company's institutional representative and ensuring long-term retention and relationships.
  • Work integrated with Technical Services and other internal areas, ensuring excellence in implementing solutions, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business development.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in commercial leadership of multi-level structures and multi-channel operations within the ruminants segment.
  • Analytical and financial capability, with a proven track record of managing margin and profitability.
  • Undergraduate degree in Agricultural Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
  • Availability to reside in Ji-Parana, Cocal, or Ariquemes (RO).

Nice to Have

  • English proficiency is desirable.
