442 Euromaster Automocion y Sercivios SA, part of the global Michelin network, is seeking a Distribution Customer Assistant to manage the operational and administrative flow of our branch in EUROMASTER PERIS Y VALERO, Spain. You'll play a central role in ensuring a profitable service center through customer management and precise administration.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer flow and daily administration to ensure a profitable branch operation.
- Handle all invoicing regularly and in accordance with the current quotation structure.
- Ensure various records in the ERP system are updated per company procedures.
- Assist the Center Manager in creating a good working environment and aligning workshop activities with company strategy.
- Build direct commercial relationships with customers, contributing to the sale of services and products.
- Maintain service and customer contacts as provided by the PC.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and implement necessary measures to sustain it.
- Comply with all safety instructions, use protective devices, and take precautions to prevent accidents.
- Work with the PC to optimize stock and item flow to a minimum, ensuring timely receipt of correct information.
