Nestlé is hiring a Distribution Consultant to support the broker/distributor consultant team commercially and execute the Nespresso Professional line strategy in the state of Paraná. Join a team passionate about improving quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.
What You'll Do
- Support the broker/distributor consultant team in complex negotiations
- Ensure a positive experience for B2B clients and end consumers
- Guarantee brand execution according to Nespresso guidelines
- Conduct commercial training for broker/distributor consultants
- Act as the focal point for Nespresso's commercial excellence in the region
- Ensure new clients comply with Nespresso's commercial policy
- Identify opportunities for regional events to develop the brand
- Interface with stakeholders (Marketing, After Sales, Supply, Finance, CRC)
What We're Looking For
- Complete or ongoing higher education
- Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in B2B Sales and Negotiation
- Experience in the Office or Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafeterias channels
- Focus on achieving goals and delivering results
- Interest in continuous learning
- Driver's license (Category B)
- Availability for travel (40% of the time)
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B Sales and Negotiation (beverage industry is a plus)
