About the Role

Tractor Supply Company (TSC) is hiring a Distribution Center HR Admin to perform essential Human Resources functions within our distribution operations. This role is responsible for administering employee COVID-19 testing, managing related documentation and follow-up, and communicating team member time and attendance. What You'll Do

  • Conduct and/or proctor COVID-19 testing for Team Members while ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding isolation periods and return to work eligibility.
  • Partner with the DC HR Business Partner, DC Operations, and SSC Compliance Department to represent TSC for any case management questions.
  • Facilitate and/or provide reporting to DC leadership.
  • Recommend new processes as needed to DC leadership.
  • Maintain working relationships with all DC team members and adhere to all TSC policies and procedures by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies related to safe working conditions.
  • Participate with management in investigating safety issues and violations.
  • Execute other duties as assigned by the HR Business Partner.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role.
  • An Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources or a related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to effectively coach team members and management through complex and difficult issues.
  • Ability to research and analyze various types of data information.
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues.

This role partners with the DC HR Business Partner, DC Operations, and SSC Compliance Department, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
