Tractor Supply Company (TSC) is hiring a Distribution Center HR Admin to perform essential Human Resources functions within our distribution operations. This role is responsible for administering employee COVID-19 testing, managing related documentation and follow-up, and communicating team member time and attendance. What You'll Do
- Conduct and/or proctor COVID-19 testing for Team Members while ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
- Respond to employee questions regarding isolation periods and return to work eligibility.
- Partner with the DC HR Business Partner, DC Operations, and SSC Compliance Department to represent TSC for any case management questions.
- Facilitate and/or provide reporting to DC leadership.
- Recommend new processes as needed to DC leadership.
- Maintain working relationships with all DC team members and adhere to all TSC policies and procedures by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies related to safe working conditions.
- Participate with management in investigating safety issues and violations.
- Execute other duties as assigned by the HR Business Partner.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role.
- An Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources or a related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
