Requirements
- deep Meta Ads expertise with multi-market, high-spend budgets ≥ $1 M / month
- experience in Local Services, marketplaces, or high-volume B2C.
- know how to lead a team, set standards, and build strong routines.
- both analytical & creative - DPA, feed quality, testing mindset.
- solid understanding of analytics (Tableau etc.)
- communicate clearly, push for clarity, and make things happen.
