Specsavers is looking for a Dispensing Optician to join our accomplished team at our Liffey Valley clinic. You'll be the face of our clinic on the shop floor, ensuring we deliver the highest level of customer care and playing an integral role in our store management.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Liaise with Optometrists to deliver consistent quality handovers to customers.
- Manage aftersales service, including complaints and problem-solving, with a customer-focused approach.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through effective professional sales techniques.
What We're Looking For
- You must be a qualified and registered Dispensing Optician.
- You must be CORU-registered.
