Transdev is hiring a Dispatcher to oversee road service by communicating with Operators and providing dedicated customer support. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals committed to safety for this on-site role in Vacaville, CA.

What You'll Do

Oversee road service by tracking trip performance measures, on-time starts, incidents, and other key metrics.
Provide customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding trips, including no-shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators, acting as the liaison between the carrier and emergency services.
Manage daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.
Perform other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED.
3-5 years of experience in dispatching.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. Note that DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Nice to Have

A technical degree is preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour.
Vacation: Minimum of two (2) weeks.
Sick days: 5 days.
Holidays: 6 days plus 1 floating holiday.
