Sezzle is seeking a Director / Senior Director of Analytics & Insights to lead national and subnational data analytics, insights, and reporting for the development and launch of a new pharmaceutical product. This role is pivotal in shaping the data strategy to support commercial operations and reports to the Executive Director of Business Analytics & CI.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate, procure, and incorporate data sources to support and monitor product performance in hypertension.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across marketing, market access, and medical affairs.
- Build national and subnational reporting infrastructure, including designing and maintaining a customer data warehouse.
- Oversee the design and implementation of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor brand performance and commercial effectiveness.
- Leverage advanced analytics to optimize customer targeting, segmentation, marketing spend, promotional strategies, and patient journey insights.
- Evaluate AI/ML models and statistical solutions for business needs like customer segmentation and omnichannel optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science while ensuring ethical and compliant analytics.
- Manage external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of analytics projects.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in commercial analytics within the US pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Expertise with US data sources for market data, including claims, EHR, Rx, sales audits, and payer coverage.
- Strong knowledge of the US pharmaceutical market, preferably in general medicine, cardiovascular, metabolic, renal, or other high-prevalence therapeutic areas.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools such as PowerBI/Fabric.
- Experience managing multiple analytics vendors.
Nice to Have
- Experience in general medicine, particularly cardiovascular disease, renal, or metabolic conditions.
- Experience with the US payer and market access environment and related data analytics.
- Some knowledge or experience with major pharmaceutical markets outside the US.

Benefits & Compensation
- US Salary Range: $190,000 - $255,000
