Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related discipline; advanced degrees strongly preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of clinical project management experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors. • Comprehensive understanding of clinical research regulations, compliance requirements, and pharmaceutical development processes. • Demonstrated capability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results across quality, timeline, and financial dimensions. • Advanced problem-solving, risk management, and strategic decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities for effective interactions with team members, sponsors, and stakeholders. • Proven experience in mentoring and developing project management professionals.
