Accountabilities: • Provide comprehensive oversight to project managers in daily project execution, ensuring operational and financial deliverables are consistently met. • Mentor staff on project planning, implementation, evaluation, risk mitigation, problem resolution, and client engagement. • Execute line management responsibilities for designated project management personnel, including professional mentoring and performance enhancement. • Guarantee strict adherence to regulatory standards and clinical research protocols. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-quality, timely clinical project completion. • Track project progression and proactively address emerging challenges to maintain alignment with sponsor expectations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related discipline; advanced degrees strongly preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of clinical project management experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors. • Comprehensive understanding of clinical research regulations, compliance requirements, and pharmaceutical development processes. • Demonstrated capability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results across quality, timeline, and financial dimensions. • Advanced problem-solving, risk management, and strategic decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities for effective interactions with team members, sponsors, and stakeholders. • Proven experience in mentoring and developing project management professionals.
