Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a skilled team spanning production, test, and manufacturing engineering functions.
- Ensure production and testing timelines are met to support program delivery goals.
- Manage capacity planning by forecasting demand, allocating resources, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
- Provide timely and accurate inputs to the Integrated Master Schedule to synchronize production and test efforts.
- Own and refine manufacturing and test workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
- Advance automation and process improvements to reduce cycle times, increase first-pass yield, and scale output.
- Supervise testing activities, including validation of requirements, creation of test procedures, data review, and troubleshooting.
- Lead in-depth root cause analyses and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
- Support team growth through coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces that support efficient and safe operations.
