BlueRock Therapeutics is looking for a Director of Patient Recruitment & Retention to drive the patient engagement strategy for our clinical development programs. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive plans to ensure timely enrollment and continued participation in our groundbreaking trials.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the strategic vision for patient recruitment and retention across the clinical development portfolio
- Design innovative, data-driven strategies to accelerate study enrollment and minimize patient dropout
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors, clinical sites, and patient advocacy groups
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market data to identify barriers and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to align on study goals
- Create patient-centric materials and engagement programs to support retention throughout the trial lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in clinical operations, with a specific focus on patient recruitment and retention within biotech or pharma
- Proven track record of successfully designing and executing recruitment strategies for complex clinical trials
- Deep understanding of clinical development processes, regulations, and the patient journey
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and measure program effectiveness
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Work Mode
This is a remote position based in the United States. Candidates located in or near Cambridge, Massachusetts are preferred to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration.
