Responsibilities
- Lead a top-tier pre-sales team to support partner-driven opportunities through technical discovery, proof-of-concepts, architecture validation, and competitive differentiation to speed up deal closure and grow new annual contract value
- Conduct executive-level briefings and solution workshops that turn technical features into qualified sales pipelines and strategic engagements
- Strategically allocate team resources across high-impact opportunities, balancing immediate deal support with long-term partner development to maximize business results
- Ensure partners receive fast, high-quality technical support that enhances platform positioning and accelerates revenue from partner-led deals
- Scale AI-first co-innovation by coordinating the development of reference architectures, validated accelerators, and industry-specific solutions with APAC partners
- Develop relationships with partner C-suite executives, including CAIOs, CDOs, and CTOs, to influence investment in practices, solution strategies, and platform adoption plans
- Advance partner capabilities through focused training, coaching, and development programs that improve independence and solution delivery quality
- Position the APAC region as a hub of excellence for industry-specific partner solutions by leveraging local market trends and sector strengths
- Recruit, motivate, and grow a diverse team of solution architects, defining career progression, succession planning, and talent development to support regional expansion
- Convert global partner strategy into executable regional plans, aligning closely with partner management, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Improve operational efficiency through disciplined resource management, AI-powered automation, and clear accountability structures to reduce friction and enhance collaboration
- Oversee team performance, hiring, budget management, strategic fund use, and key business metrics with accountability for partner satisfaction and revenue performance
