About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Director of Sales to lead our enterprise sales efforts, driving meaningful outcomes for employees and organizations. In this remote role, you will manage the full sales cycle for large employers, building relationships to deliver solutions that improve financial well-being.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close for large employer accounts.
  • Target organizations with 10,000+ employees and deal values of $200k+.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Benefits, HR, Rewards decision-makers, and consultants through outreach, social engagement, and industry events.
  • Deliver compelling solution presentations and demonstrations, articulating clear value and ROI.
  • Challenge the status quo by reframing client perspectives and positioning solutions strategically.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, and leadership teams to drive seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends in employee financial health and wellness, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and large-scale deals ($200k+).
  • Mission-driven mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Comfortable operating in high-velocity environments with strategic execution.
  • Creative and disciplined pipeline management, with the ability to identify and advance new opportunities.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and motivated to thrive in a rapidly evolving market.

Nice to Have

  • Enterprise sales experience preferably in high-growth tech, HR tech, fintech, or startup environments.
  • Strong background in employee benefits, benefits consulting, HR technology, or financial wellness.
