saas.group is hiring a Director of Professional Services (French Speaker) to be the operational leader for this function, reporting directly to the CEO. You will take full ownership, organizing production, systematizing the backlog, and managing resources to drive profitability in our dynamic SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of professional services, ensuring project managers have clear timelines and maximizing billable production time.
• Manage capacity planning and allocation of internal and external resources to be agile and cost-effective.
• Implement systems to forecast and manage the delivery backlog systematically.
• Partner closely with Sales to identify opportunities for additional sales and ensure sold projects are lucrative and deliverable.
• Lead the Professional Services and Customer Care teams, fostering an interactive and cohesive culture.
• Shape the Customer Care function alongside Professional Services to ensure efficient client inquiry resolution and a seamless post-sales experience.

What We're Looking For

• Professional Services leader with previous PMO or Project Management experience.
• Specific experience operating in a SaaS environment.
• Operational mindset with the ability to manage day-to-day execution.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Commercial acumen to prioritize billable work and collaborate with sales to drive revenue.
• Client-focused and interactive, capable of building and managing relationships in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform or HRIS solutions.
