About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term design vision across all digital products

- Represent design in executive discussions and strategic planning sessions
- Evaluate and improve design processes to increase efficiency and impact
- Foster a culture of creativity, inclusion, and design excellence
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met in all deliverables
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support to align on user needs
- Drive consistency in visual language and interaction patterns
- Identify opportunities for design innovation based on market trends
- Lead recruitment efforts for new design talent
- Set performance expectations and conduct regular reviews for design staff
- Promote cross-functional collaboration between design, development, and data teams
- Use analytics to measure design effectiveness and iterate accordingly
- Maintain alignment with company goals while advocating for user needs
- Manage design priorities across multiple product initiatives
