Virta Health is hiring a Director of Product - Client Group. This strategic role is accountable for proving Virta can be more effective and efficient at 10x scale. You will own the product vision and roadmap for our client operations platform, spanning core services such as eligibility ingestion, claims integration, data exchange pipelines, billing support, reporting, marketing enablement, and accounting operations.
What You'll Do
- Ensure our teams become more effective and efficient each year, breaking the assumption that growth leads to slower, less efficient operations.
- Define and drive the long-term product vision for the Client Group’s platform and services.
- Build systems to effortlessly support hundreds, then tens of thousands of clients with diverse needs—securely, efficiently, and flexibly.
- Oversee development of critical infrastructure: client onboarding tooling, file ingestion pipelines, API-based integrations, billing data workflows, and marketing enablement systems with a lens towards AI-first solutions.
- Ensure client-facing and Finance teams have the tools they need to launch and support clients effectively.
- Go beyond today’s asks and reimagine what great looks like.
- Define and own OKRs along efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
- Manage and develop a team of Product Managers across Client Group squads, fostering a high-performance, impact-oriented product culture.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in a product management or related product development role.
- You are at the forefront of generative AI, building ahead of the curve to make the most of exponential improvements, turning capabilities like vector spaces, LLMs, core GPT capabilities, MCP, and agentic flows into powerful systems for care teams.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity while driving 0 to 1 product development.
- Experience tackling data interoperability or integration initiatives, with an understanding of APIs, FHIR standards, and Eligibility and Claims data to write product specs that translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- You enjoy solving data problems and understanding how data can be leveraged across systems.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in IPO Readiness or evolving similarly mature quote-to-cash systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience shipping consumer-facing applications with a focus on behavior change.
Team & Environment
You will lead a team of product managers and partner cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Finance, and Implementation.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $199,277 - $267,000
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates in the US, excluding Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wisconsin for Corporate roles.
