Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic direction of the platform, including MLOps and site reliability engineering, in alignment with organizational and product objectives
- Develop senior individual contributors and future engineering managers across multiple teams, promoting technical excellence and inclusive team dynamics
- Shape and refine the long-term platform vision, covering developer experience, internal tools, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, observability, and reliability standards
- Manage MLOps infrastructure that enables model development, training, deployment, monitoring, and governance in production environments
- Collaborate with Product, Machine Learning, Data, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure platform capabilities meet evolving business and regulatory needs
- Balance rapid innovation with system stability by making deliberate tradeoffs between speed, cost, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Establish measurable KPIs for platform performance, system reliability, and developer effectiveness to drive accountability and continuous improvement

Team
Leads Site Reliability Engineering, MLOps, and Platform teams. Reports to the VP of Product Engineering. Works closely with Product, Machine Learning, Data, Security, and Compliance teams.
