Fingerprint is hiring a Director of Field & Partner Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs designed to accelerate growth through our partner ecosystem and field sales teams. You will be responsible for building a framework to scale our market presence and drive revenue.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the strategic vision and roadmap for field and partner marketing.
- Build co-marketing programs and enablement materials for partner channels.
- Create and manage field marketing initiatives to support sales pipelines and regional growth.
- Establish key performance metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to align goals.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on field and/or partner marketing.
- Proven track record of designing and executing partner marketing programs that drive measurable revenue.
- Strong analytical skills to define, track, and report on program performance and business impact.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a B2B or SaaS technology environment.
