IRB USA Inspire Resources is seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to join the Inspire Human Resources Leadership team. This strategic role partners directly with BWW Brand Leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, focusing on delivering an outstanding end-to-end team member experience. You will lead a team of HR professionals to implement these strategies across the field.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic business partnership to Brand Leadership on performance management, employee relations, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, culture, team member engagement, and conflict management.
- Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of HR professionals to meet company goals.
- Partner with Leadership, HR, and Legal to resolve escalated inquiries, concerns, and investigations in line with company values and employment law.
- Review Employee Relations cases to ensure compliance and consistency, providing coaching where necessary.
- Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, action plans, change management, and team building in partnership with the Brand Senior Vice President.
- Develop programs to increase employee engagement, provide change leadership, support talent development and succession planning, and drive process improvements.
- Partner with the Brand Senior Vice President on team member engagement initiatives, including survey participation, data analysis, feedback delivery, and action plan development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on complex HR issues and escalate matters appropriately.
- Partner with other HR Leaders and cross-functional teams on communications, projects, and best practices to drive organizational goals.
- Establish process improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of HR programs.
- Stay current on all local, state, and federal employment laws, communicating and implementing process, procedure, and policy changes as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A valid driver’s license.
- 10+ years of employee relations or other related HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in multi-state, multi-unit operations within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Subject matter expertise in federal and state labor and workplace laws.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of employee relations, talent review, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, coaching, and counseling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Strength in planning, organizing, and prioritizing to deliver results within deadlines, with limited direct supervision, often while managing multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- PHR or SPHR Certification.
- Merger, acquisition, and/or divestiture experience.

Team & Environment
You will lead a team of HR professionals and be a member of the Inspire Human Resources Leadership team. You will work closely with the assigned Brand Leadership team and report directly to the Brand Senior Vice President.
