At SHISEIDO, we are seeking a Director, Global Education & Artistry Programs to lead the strategy and management of our global digital education platform and content programs. You will partner directly with the Executive Director, Global Education & Artistry to conceptualize and adapt content aligned with seasonal priorities, driving engagement for NARS Artists and Field teams worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Lead, manage, and direct strategy for the Global Education & Artistry digital platform supporting NARS Artists and Field teams.
- Define and execute strategies for the internal NARS digital channel.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to establish baselines, benchmarks, and goals for resource investment.
- Devise content calendars reflecting a variety of animations and activations.
- Design content for all user levels, from novice to expert.
- Oversee, track, and evaluate user data to measure engagement and traction.
- Conduct ongoing check-ins with Global markets to confirm platform access, usage, and functionality.
- Maintain consistent communication regarding market administrative responsibilities and user fee management.
- Monitor the market translation process to ensure priority languages are implemented.
- Act as the point person in partnership with the Global Digital team for Education and Artistry requests, including local market Instagram accounts and content questions.
- Seek new methods to elevate platform functionality, Artist performance, and brand growth.
- Oversee cost negotiations with vendors for ongoing development and feature enhancements.
- Manage the Digital Associate role to support timely updates and plans maximizing user engagement.
- Liaise with other SAC brands to expedite performance and productivity.
- Own and manage developmental programs in collaboration with the Executive Director.
- Own onboarding programs and materials, including manuals, formats, and presentations.
- Lead content development for seasonal training materials.
- Define and oversee artistry features, including trends, supporting imagery, and "artistry in action" videos.
- Inform and influence the team with data-based engagement and feedback results.
- Lead the planning and execution of Global and Regional Meetings.

This role reports to the Executive Director, Global Education & Artistry. You will partner with US and International Sales, Global Marketing, Product Development, Global Digital Strategy & Social Engagement, and e-Commerce teams.
