Requirements
- A valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, Medical Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, and/or a Master’s in Healthcare Administration
- 8+ years of experience in clinical care and payer-side, value-based, or population health work
- Proven ability to balance cost, access, and clinical outcomes
- Credibility with clinicians and operators, with the ability to explain clinical details to engineers and financial realities to physicians
- Strong decision-making skills under uncertainty and with incomplete data
- A builder’s mindset, with the ability to enhance existing tools and create new processes and frameworks
- Comfort operating in a dynamic, startup environment where priorities shift and roles are not strictly defined
- Clear and effective communication, whether collaborating asynchronously, writing documentation, or solving complex problems in real-time
