About the Role

Lead the development and execution of business strategies to expand market presence and secure new client partnerships in the clinical development space.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets

  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from initiation to close

  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance client acquisition
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Provide market insights to senior leadership for strategic planning

  • Mentor junior team members in sales and client engagement techniques
