Jobgether is hiring a Director, AI Platform - Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a platform powering intelligent retail solutions. This role bridges AI research, engineering, and business strategy.
What You'll Do
- Define and evolve the AI platform strategy to support scalable, enterprise-grade retail solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end platform roadmap, prioritizing AI/ML services, developer tools, workflow automation, notifications, and data hub services.
- Collaborate with engineering to design modular, extensible architectures for rapid application development.
- Build and nurture a developer ecosystem with APIs, SDKs, low-code tools, and solution accelerators.
- Embed platform capabilities into retail applications including merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and customer engagement.
- Track and communicate platform adoption metrics, ROI, and developer satisfaction to stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence in AI lifecycle management, monitoring, compliance, and continuous learning.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product management or platform leadership, including 3+ years in AI/ML, knowledge systems, or data platforms.
- Proven experience with ontology-based architectures, knowledge graphs, or semantic data models.
- Deep understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases, retrieval systems, and LLM integrations.
- Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering and research teams on embeddings, reasoning logic, and evaluation metrics.
- Demonstrated success launching or scaling AI-powered platforms or products in enterprise environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Cognitive Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with enterprise knowledge management, retail analytics, or decision intelligence tools.
