GenePlanet is hiring a Head of International Sales - Oncology to own and drive the commercial success of a pioneering oncology diagnostics portfolio. You will define the global go-to-market strategy, launch a key early cancer detection product, and build a sales organization from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement the comprehensive international sales strategy, market entry models, and pricing strategies tailored to diverse global markets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of medical sales representatives.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders across core sales channels and develop new channels.
- Work closely with Regulatory and Clinical teams to ensure commercial strategies align with local regulatory requirements.
- Manage the international sales budget, conduct accurate forecasting, and report on key performance indicators.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in medical diagnostics, oncology, or health-tech.
- Minimum of 2 years managing international sales and distribution channels.
- Proven success in launching and scaling complex, high-value medical products into new international markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage remote, culturally diverse sales teams and channel partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural business development skills.
- Goal-oriented with a willingness and ability to travel internationally (40-50%).
- Fluent professional proficiency in English.
