KPMG Spain is looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant to tackle new challenges and help organizations identify innovative solutions and explore improvement opportunities within the Public Sector. You will join as a Senior Consultant leading projects in public administrations and state-owned companies as part of the ITGH (Infrastructure, Transport, Government, and Health) team.

What You'll Do

Participate in strategic and operational consulting projects for Public Sector clients: developing strategic plans, transforming functions and operations, improving processes, creating diagnostics, and analyzing impact and feasibility.
Help understand client needs and define the solution.
Manage and coordinate projects, including leading committees, daily client interaction, risk identification, and presenting deliverables.
Coordinate the day-to-day of projects autonomously, as well as team management, with the support and guidance of the Management team.
Maintain direct contact with client leads and executives of major public administrations and companies.
Contribute creativity and new ideas for defining innovative solutions.
Participate in commercial functions, supporting the Management team and autonomously leading commercial proposals.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial, or similar), Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, or similar fields. A Master's or Postgraduate degree is valued.
Minimum of 4 years of prior professional experience in consulting projects within the Public Sector (Strategy, Operations and process improvement, Digital transformation, E-government, Data & Analytics).
High-level proficiency in Catalan.
Results-oriented mindset.
Analytical, structuring, and synthesis capabilities.
Experience with Public Sector clients in Catalonia and knowledge of the sector.

Nice to Have

Certifications in project and service management (PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Lean, 6Sigma, etc.), and in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Knowledge of e-government solutions and architecture.
Knowledge of data analytics and data governance solutions.
