Ffive seeks a Digital Sovereignty Architect to join our Solutions Architect job family. In this role, you will partner with sales teams to identify F5 solutions for customers' business needs, with a specific focus on understanding the regulatory landscape of sovereignty across the EMEA region. You'll drive architectural discussions and help product teams understand regional requirements.
What You'll Do
- Support accounts teams on strategic opportunities in the EMEA region where sovereignty is key, providing architectural guidance using the F5 solution portfolio.
- Act as an evangelist and thought leader in digital sovereignty.
- Collaborate with other solution architects and business leaders to share ideas, identify customer pain points, trends, and appropriate F5 solutions.
- Work closely with product management and services teams to provide technical and business context for product launches and updates.
- Mentor the Solution Engineering community to enable correct positioning of solutions in the context of digital sovereignty.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and Marketing, Product Management, and Product Development.
- Work with strategic business opportunities in your region.
What We're Looking For
- Thorough understanding of digital sovereignty and its implications for IT and security vendors.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to digital resiliency and sovereignty in the EU and EMEA region.
- Understanding of application delivery solutions (ADC, DNS, CDN) in hardware, software, and SaaS architectures.
- Understanding of application security solutions (WAF, DDOS mitigation, bot defense, API security, LLM security) in hardware, software, and SaaS architectures.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills and public speaking ability for events and conferences.
- Experience translating regulatory and compliance frameworks into product requirements.
- Experience publishing whitepapers, solution articles, blogs, or tech-tips.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations, value propositions, and technical presentations to technical and business leads.
- Ability to adapt your message for your audience and strong architectural problem-solving skills.
- A self-learner, curious about new technologies, with a strong business mindset for translating technical features into business outcomes.
- 8+ years of related industry experience and a BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
