Ecoturn GmbH is looking for a Digital Product Manager (m/w/d) to dive into our systems and processes, understand them deeply, and optimize them through automation and digital product development. You will create sustainable structures and eventually take on Product Owner responsibility for our platform's evolution.
What You'll Do
- Learn and further develop existing systems and processes.
- Support day-to-day operations, including data management and reporting.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify optimization potential.
- Automate and digitize workflows.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new tools and features.
- Help shape product strategy and take on Product Owner responsibility.
- Use macros and develop new functions to reduce Excel-based processes.
What We're Looking For
- Background in IT, process digitalization, or working with SaaS systems.
- Experience with automation tools and interfaces.
- Interest in modern workflow design.
- Analytical thinking, high self-motivation, and enjoyment in developing solutions.
- Confident handling of data and Excel, complemented by a general affinity for numbers.
- Good German and English language skills.
