GQS GmbH is looking for a Freelancer (m/w/d) to support inbound customer service projects from a home office within the European Union. This role is part of our dynamic network, where you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience on every interaction.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer communication via phone and email, focusing on excellent service.
- Answer customer questions, solve problems effectively, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide professional support as the first point of contact for customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Live within the EU or plan to move there soon.
- Experience working as a customer service agent or in a similar role.
- German language skills at C1 or C2 level, both spoken and written.
- Friendly demeanor, solution-oriented work style, and confident communication skills.
- Basic technical proficiency with common tools and systems like CRM or ticketing systems.
- Officially registered as a freelancer with the ability to work within the EU.
