Transcosmos is hiring a part-time Outbound Sales Representative (20 hours/week) for B2B appointment setting. In this role, you will focus on generating qualified leads and scheduling initial meetings for a B2B product.
What You'll Do
- Use simple acquisition strategies to generate appointments and reach potential customers.
- Conduct short initial conversations to qualify customers and forward them if they are a good fit.
- Work with prepared leads, receiving freshly qualified contacts daily directly into your CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in new customer acquisition – ideally already successful in B2B sales with a minimum of 100 appointments set.
- Demonstrable success in pre-qualification and contacting potential customers.
- Strong communication skills – persuasive, confident in appearance, and skilled in negotiation.
- Motivation & goal orientation – you have the hunger to achieve great success and are not easily discouraged.
- Independent and structured way of working – you can manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Team player – even though you work independently, you are a valuable member of our sales team.
Nice to Have
- Secure handling of CRM systems and common office tools is an advantage.
