Agilent Technologies is looking for a Digital Pathology Global Service Specialist to develop and lead our global service team. In this senior role, you will define the service strategy for our Digital Pathology solutions, identify organizational gaps, establish best practices, and serve as the global expert for deployment and support.
What You'll Do
- Define the Service Strategy for Digital Pathology, covering Scanner and IT systems.
- Identify gaps in the service organization to support the Digital Pathology journey, with a focus on Workflow, Project Management, and IT capabilities like DICOM, EMRs, and PACs.
- Establish best practices and train local teams on supporting sales discussions for pre-sales and deployment questions.
- Support and train call centers to provide the best possible support to customers worldwide.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience working with Digital Pathology.
- Deep Digital Pathology experience from a workflow, Project Management, or IT perspective.
- Personal capabilities to act as a lighthouse for Digital Pathology, requiring leadership, coaching patience, and the ability to establish best practices.
- High-level English communication skills for engaging worldwide stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the Global Service Operations (GSO), a team of 15 employees. You will report directly to the Head of GSO, Bjarke Frank-Daub. The role has a dotted line to the Software and Connectivity Deployment team and requires very close collaboration with Global Product Managers, Marketing, and Digital Pathology Sales teams.
