Alstom is hiring a Digital Mobility V&V Leader to ensure the delivery of complete, correct, and accurate customer solutions. You will organize and lead all project Verification, Integration, and Test activities, applying our technical policy and processes to meet contractual requirements.
What You'll Do
- Organize and lead project Verification, Integration and Test activities.
- Define and execute V-cycle activities for the global project solution, including all system interfaces, managing activities exported to T&C for site execution.
- Apply the technical policy defined by the platform.
- Co-ordinate and monitores project Verification, Integration and Test activities.
- Ensure the application and adherence to reference processes, methods, and tools, requesting waivers when appropriate.
- Define validation strategy and register it in the Verification and Validation plan for each project.
- Organize and lead verification and validation documents reviews.
- Organize Kick off meetings with Project Design team for input document verification, subsystem and system testing.
- Manage the Requirement Validation Table (RVT), ensuring requirement coverage throughout the project.
- Collaborate with V&V engineers to perform full verification or validation of all parameters and project data.
- Contribute to writing the project solution verification and test report.
- Define test specifications for requirements not 100% testable in laboratory.
- Guarantee on-time delivery of required reports as defined by TIS Processes and/or the Project.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree.
- Minimum 3 years working with Security or Telecommunication systems, preferably in integration or testing teams.
- Understanding of Security (CCTV, PA, PIS, Access Control, Intrusion Detection) and Communications (Networking, IPBX, Radio, Wifi) system architectures.
- Knowledge of SW and HMI functional operation, virtualization.
- Knowledge of Design, Integration and validation processes and methodologies (V-Model, Design for Quality).
- Experience with requirement management methodology and tools (Clear Quest, IBM Rational DOORS, Reqtify).
- Comfortable in laboratory environment (HW manipulation, SW simulators, decoding and analysis tools).
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Wireshark, Networking (Gigabit or MPLS), Radio, WiFi, audio integration, CCTV distributed integration, SIP protocol.
- Familiar with Vcenter, Vsphere virtual environment and architecture.
- Knowledge of SQL Database, Storage solutions (HP, EMC, Huawei), Microsoft Clustering, Active Directory.
- Competences using test automation and test management tools (e.g., TestLink).
- Signalling knowledge.
- Desirable knowledge of French.
