BioPak is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and sales teams. You’ll project manage key initiatives, optimize our CRM and sales pipeline, and create compelling marketing materials. Your work will help shape strategies that strengthen our brand and drive qualified leads.
What You'll Do
- Assist marketing and sales teams by project managing marketing, website development, and other internal projects.
- Help the sales team manage and maintain its system, ensuring it integrates smoothly with other tools.
- Assist with managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, and tracking opportunities.
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as rate sheets and promotional PDFs using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Identify workflow gaps and help implement solutions to boost team efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales support and project management with company goals.
- Help with creative marketing projects like copy writing, graphic design, and social media.
- Shape and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and generate leads.
- Enhance website user experience and optimize performance with SEO best practices.
- Explore innovative marketing channels and campaigns to stay ahead of competitors.
- Act as both an executor (doing tasks directly) and a project coordinator (following up with teams and vendors).
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, design, digital communications, sales support, project coordination, or operations.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of website UX principles and SEO concepts.
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns, content strategy, and analytics.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and project coordination.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and tool integrations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team operations.
- Comfortable working with a distributed, international team.
- Must have hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zoho, Pipedrive, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and connecting tools for efficiency.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data for actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console to inform website design and content.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM platforms like Go High Level, SEO, social media tools, content management systems, and website development software.
- Experience with API integrations to connect and optimize platforms.
- Functioning knowledge of content management systems, such as WordPress.
- Experience with HTML, Excel, and medium to advanced proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign.
