Grifols is looking for a Digital Designer to craft user-centric designs that captivate our audience and translate strategic vision into visual impact. You will join an international team dedicated to improving the future of healthcare and enhancing the lives of millions.
What You'll Do
- Create highly original, on-brand designs and graphics for websites, email templates, and high-impact social media campaigns.
- Take design ideas from initial concept to complete execution, aligning with our creative and digital strategy.
- Develop intuitive user interfaces (UI) and interactive online content that prioritize the donor journey.
- Conceptualize and develop compelling animations, motion graphics, and videos to keep our content dynamic and engaging.
- Manage a library of design assets and ensure visual consistency across all digital and print platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Marketing, to ensure the smooth technical implementation of new digital content.
- Monitor cutting-edge design trends and software to continuously improve our brand presence.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of design software programs, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and UI/UX tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- 3+ years of proven professional experience in a digital design role with a focus on web, email, and social media design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing technical skill and exceptional, high-level creativity and innovation.
