Responsibilities
- Achieving clients’ fundraising and engagement goals
- Using internal tools to create and deploy engagement and fundraising email campaigns
- Managing communication processes and deadlines with clients and internal teams while providing top-quality customer service to clients
- Coding and sending mission-critical emails that raise money and promote social change
- Researching and developing online fundraising and communications strategies, including talking points, guidance for writers and graphic designers, and management of communications calendars
- Working with client teams, including technology and creative, to assist in managing resources and project timelines
- Building digital user journeys that raise awareness and bring about change for pressing social, environmental, and political issues
- Paying close attention to detail and ensuring strong quality and great user experiences for our clients’ audiences
