Project Bay Workation is looking for a Digital-Communitymanager:in (m/w/d) to develop and moderate the digital community for a new community app that connects local networks in rural regions. You will be central to building this community from the ground up within a mission-driven environment focused on strengthening rural areas through digital networking and sustainable work models.
What You'll Do
- Develop strategies to bring the digital community within the app to life and continuously evolve it.
- Curate content such as webinars, articles, or tutorials and stimulate discussions and exchange formats.
- Observe user behavior, collect feedback, and develop measures for further development based on insights.
- Build partnerships with companies, NGOs, and regional stakeholders to strengthen the digital ecosystem.
- Plan digital and analog community events to foster collaboration and visibility.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in communications, marketing, sociology, or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of experience in community management.
- Knowledge of social media, content creation, and data analysis.
- Fluent German and very good English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital platforms in community management.
- Affinity for sustainable and social topics as well as digital tools and platforms.
