About the Role

GPS Group Peer Support is hiring a Digital Communications & Engagement Specialist to lead MASStrong's digital outreach, social media engagement, content creation, and online communications strategy. You will expand our online presence, craft content that inspires and informs, and amplify the program's impact.

What You'll Do

  • Create, schedule, and manage content for all social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook) to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Write, schedule, and monitor social media posts to maximize engagement and visibility.
  • Track social media analytics, measure performance, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement.
  • Respond to and engage with followers, stakeholders, and community partners in real-time.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos and reels for digital platforms.
  • Write and design outreach materials, including flyers, posters, monthly newsletters, blog posts, and other digital content.
  • Develop compelling descriptions for trainings, workshops, and webinars to maximize participant engagement.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, voice, and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Record, edit, and produce video content for use on social media, newsletters, and our website.
  • Use video editing software to create engaging content.
  • Develop video scripts, captions, and subtitles to ensure accessibility and clarity.
  • Oversee content updates on MASStrong's website to ensure accurate and engaging information.
  • Manage and moderate LearnWorld community pages, fostering engagement and ensuring a positive online experience.
  • Support the promotion of trainings, support groups, and events through digital communications.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all materials and digital platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement through digital channels.
  • Develop monthly digital marketing reports, tracking campaign effectiveness and outreach performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in marketing copy, outreach materials, and digital engagement.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools for flyer, poster, and social media creation.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
  • Basic video editing experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or advocacy outreach.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and LearnWorld.
  • Experience with website management and online community engagement.
  • Advanced video editing skills and motion graphics experience.
  • Spanish fluency.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $55,000–$75,000 per year
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Leave
  • Technology Stipend to support home office setup
