Responsibilities
- Producing a high volume of SMS/MMS/RCS communications for various clients
- Assisting in the development and implementation of online fundraising and communications strategies, including the design and management of text message communications calendars
- Delivering top-tier customer service to product sales clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients as it relates to product buys or strategic services
- Working with writers, designers, and technical experts to generate top-notch, engaging content
- Assessing and identifying opportunities by working closely with client teams to assess buy needs, identify new opportunities for growth, and pinpoint potential for product renewals or recurring buys
- Working with client teams, including technology and creative, to assist in managing resources and project timelines
- Ability to communicate with and provide top-quality customer service to clients, including regular reporting, results analysis, content recommendations, and invoicing
Requirements
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience contributing to project plans to achieve fundraising and communications goals
- Passion, energy, and excitement for progressive and philanthropic causes and all things digital
- Ability to collaborate on a team both internally and externally
- Background in digital communications, organizing, fundraising, and/or marketing
Nice to Have
- Up to 2 years experience contributing to text messaging programs at scale, preferably for political campaigns or nonprofits
- Experience with texting platforms such as Scale to Win, Switchboard, Tatango, or Mobile Commons

- This is a temporary, salaried and benefits-eligible position for a limited period ending no later than January 8, 2027.
