- Provide data-driven recommendations to CRO and product teams to facilitate key decisions
- Create and implement A/B tests to boost player acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with analytics developers to ensure robust data collection, tracking, and quick issue resolution
- Develop and maintain dashboards and alerting systems for real-time tracking of conversion metrics
- Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for UX improvements and product adoption
- Identify customer preferences and market trends to guide product strategy

- Proven experience in data analysis and CRO
