EX Squared is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to embed security principles and automated safeguards directly into our development and operational workflows. You will be responsible for building and maintaining secure, resilient infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Integrate security tools and automated compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines
- Build, maintain, and secure cloud infrastructure and containerized environments
- Design and implement automated vulnerability management and threat detection
- Collaborate with development teams to advocate for and implement secure coding practices
- Monitor systems for security incidents and participate in response activities
- Document security procedures, configurations, and incident response plans
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a DevSecOps, Security Engineering, or Cloud Security role
- Deep understanding of securing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong knowledge of container security (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience integrating SAST, DAST, SCA, and secrets scanning tools into pipelines
- Ability to script and automate security tasks using Python, Bash, or Go
- Fluent professional communication skills in English

This role is a remote position open to candidates legally authorized to work and currently residing within the Czech Republic.
