Senior DevSecOps Engineer responsible for integrating security into the full application lifecycle, ensuring secure CI/CD pipelines, mentoring developers, and maintaining compliance across cloud and on-premise environments for federal clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines with strong security integration for .NET-based applications.
- Embed security practices across all phases of development and operations workflows.
- Provide expert guidance to development teams on secure coding techniques and compliance adherence, enhancing overall application security.
- Build and sustain customer confidence through technical expertise and creative, tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance with current or prior SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Possession of a DoD 8140-compliant certification such as Security+, Cloud+, CySA+, or higher.
- Minimum of five years of experience in DevSecOps or a closely related role.
- Proven experience deploying and managing enterprise-grade security platforms, secure package management systems, and CI/CD pipelines in both cloud and on-premise environments across multiple classification levels.
- Demonstrated track record supporting projects of comparable scale, scope, and complexity.

Compensation
161000 - 193000. Includes performance-based bonuses, company-paid training and certifications, referral bonuses, and additional incentives tied to individual and organizational performance.
