Voyage Privé is hiring a DevOps Engineer to be embedded in our domain squads and help transform how our travel tech platform delivers value. You'll work directly with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers to enable fast, reliable, and secure delivery.
What You'll Do
- Ensure services are highly available, performant, and secure, even under peak traffic
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code
- Deploy, operate, and scale containerized workloads using Kubernetes or similar
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to provide teams with actionable insights
- Collaborate with domain teams to reduce delivery friction and enable self-service
- Drive improvements in platform reliability, automation, and operational standards
- Advocate for shared ownership, developer experience, and continuous improvement
- Participate in on-call rotations for incident management
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with cloud-native and on-premise infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and containerization
- Solid understanding of system reliability, performance, security, and scalability
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Product- and platform-minded: able to balance technical excellence with business impact
