Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of services during normal and peak traffic conditions
- Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and infrastructure managed as code
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes or equivalent platforms
- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to deliver actionable operational insights
- Partner with domain teams to streamline delivery processes and promote self-service capabilities
- Lead initiatives to improve platform reliability, automation coverage, and operational best practices
- Promote shared responsibility, developer experience, and a culture of continuous improvement
- Participate in on-call rotations to respond to and resolve production incidents
Requirements
- Proven experience with cloud-native and on-premise infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and containerization technologies
- Solid understanding of system reliability, performance optimization, security, and scalability principles
- Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and accountability in technical environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams
- Balances technical rigor with product and platform priorities to deliver business value
