The Arbitrum Foundation is hiring a Developer Relations Engineer to focus on growing and supporting our developer community across Latin America (LATAM). This is a remote position within the Engineering department.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with developers and teams across the LATAM region.
- Create and deliver technical content, including documentation, tutorials, and sample code.
- Gather and synthesize developer feedback to inform product and engineering decisions.
- Support developers in building on the Arbitrum platform.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in a developer relations, developer advocacy, or similar technical community role.
- Strong technical background with hands-on software development experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with Portuguese as a plus.
- Deep familiarity with the LATAM developer ecosystem and blockchain/web3 landscape.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a remote environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates located within the LATAM region.
