MetalBear is looking for a Developer Advocate to grow our presence in the developer ecosystem through partnerships, technical advocacy, and thought leadership. Your role is to define our developer-facing brand and represent the company through content, media, and community relationships.

What You'll Do

Lead content and media strategy so developers can learn about MetalBear in a natural and helpful way.
Create content like blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts that matches our tone and resonates with developers.
Work with creators and partners to amplify content reach.
Find and secure opportunities for MetalBear at conferences, podcasts, webinars, and other developer venues.
Plan and lead event presence, including organizing sponsorships, securing speaking slots, and creating community engagement.
Build partnerships with developer-focused brands, content creators, and communities to amplify reach.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or related fields.
Strong technical background with familiarity in Kubernetes, cloud development, or debugging tools.
Public speaking and thought leadership experience in conference talks, panels, and media.
Event and partnership strategy experience, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and build relationships.
Content strategy and amplification experience, driving visibility through content, webinars, and media.
